Will my readings move to a new iPhone?

Readings are stored only on your iPhone. Turn on iPhone backup (iCloud or a computer) and restore it to the new device, or use Account › Download my data to keep a copy. The Company keeps no copy, so it cannot restore them for you.

Does PineCare cost anything?

The current version opens every feature for free, with no account needed. If paid plans come later, PineCare will tell you in the app at least 15 days ahead; nothing you have recorded is deleted because of a plan.

How do I delete my data?

Account › Delete readings on this iPhone. Deleting the app also deletes the whole notebook on the iPhone — to keep a copy, use Account › Download my data first.

How do I send feedback?

Account › Send feedback to PineCare: the app opens an email to the address below; you write and send it yourself. Please do not send health readings by email unless needed.

Does PineCare diagnose conditions?

No. PineCare is a personal log, not a medical device. Talk to your doctor about any health decision. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (115 in Vietnam).
